Pat Clark

Director of Nursing

Pat started her nursing career as a CNA at Cottonwood in 1985. In 1990, Pat became an LVN/ charge nurse. Pat has also been the Director of Staff Development, and then continued on to become the MDS Coordinator for Cottonwood. Pat then returned to school and became a registered nurse, and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix in 2011. Finally, in 2013, she earned a Master of Science in Nursing/Health Education degree and has since then been promoted to Director of Nursing.

To Pat, there is nothing more inspiring, more challenging, or more rewarding than working as a nurse at Cottonwood. Pat is the recipient of a long list of awards and accolades including the CAHF Facility Superstar Award. She is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Nurses Honor Society and the Omicron Delta Nursing Honor Society. She is also a Disaster Healthcare Volunteer.
